We collect and use your information to plan and deliver your journey, confirm bookings for accommodation, transfers and wellness programmes, personalise your experience and logistics, communicate before, during and after your journey, and fulfil legal and regulatory obligations.
With your consent, we may also use your information to share relevant journey inspirations, conduct satisfaction follow-ups, and improve our service and client experience.
We only share your information when necessary to facilitate your journey. Third parties may include destination management companies, wellness properties, hotels and resorts, private aviation brokers and ground transportation partners, government and customs agencies as legally required, and IT providers for secure systems and infrastructure.
All partners are required to meet our confidentiality and security standards. We never sell or rent your personal information.
To facilitate your journey, we may share your information with trusted partners abroad including in Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Indian Ocean region. In accordance with APP 8, we take reasonable steps to ensure overseas recipients uphold privacy practices consistent with the APPs and that your information is used only for service delivery.
By engaging our services, you consent to this limited overseas data transfer.
We implement appropriate data protection measures including secure systems with encryption and password protection, restricted access for authorised personnel only, confidentiality agreements with all partners and vendors, and ongoing monitoring and security reviews.
