This Booking Policy outlines how Indeed Travels receives, processes and confirms bookings on your behalf. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Every journey begins with a personal enquiry through our website or direct communication. There is no obligation at this stage. Your enquiry is received personally and treated with complete confidentiality.
Following your enquiry, Indeed Travels will connect with you directly to understand your circumstances, preferences, timeline and goals. This consultation is private, personal and without obligation.
Based on your consultation, Indeed Travels will prepare a tailored proposal outlining the journey, inclusions, pricing, supplier terms and applicable policies. Proposals are valid for the period stated within the document. Services are subject to availability until a booking is confirmed.
A booking is confirmed once you provide written acceptance of the proposal and the required deposit or full payment is received. Indeed Travels will issue written confirmation of your booking.
All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. Pricing reflects real-time availability and the specific nature of each journey. Indeed Travels reserves the right to adjust pricing prior to booking confirmation should supplier costs change.
Unless otherwise stated in your proposal, a deposit of 50% is due upon written acceptance of the proposal. The final balance is due no later than 30 days prior to departure. Bookings made within 30 days of departure require full payment upfront.
Some third-party providers may require different payment schedules or staged deposits. These will be clearly disclosed in your proposal prior to confirmation.
Late or missing payments may result in the cancellation of your booking. Indeed Travels will provide written notice before any cancellation is actioned.
Amendment requests must be submitted in writing. Indeed Travels will use reasonable efforts to accommodate changes subject to availability and supplier policies. Additional costs arising from amendments will be communicated clearly before proceeding.
Nothing in this Booking Policy excludes any right or guarantee you hold under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, is unfit for its intended purpose, or does not match the agreed description — you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian law.
