This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines what happens when a booking is cancelled, amended or disrupted. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions and is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement or compensation if a service is not delivered with due care and skill, is unfit for its intended purpose, or does not match the agreed description.

Cancellation terms vary on a booking-by-booking basis depending on the third-party providers involved, the type of service and the timing of the cancellation. The specific cancellation terms applicable to your booking will be clearly stated in your confirmed proposal prior to booking.
Indeed Travels will always act in your best interests to advocate for the most favourable refund, credit or deferment available under the supplier’s terms.
Refunds or credits may be granted at our discretion in the event of serious illness or injury supported by medical documentation, death of a traveller or immediate family member, or critical personal emergencies.
If a supplier cancels a confirmed service, Indeed Travels will seek to replace the service with a suitable alternative or secure a refund or credit under the supplier’s terms. If no suitable alternative is available, a refund or credit will be processed as applicable.
Cancellations caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, pandemics, war or government travel restrictions — are subject to individual supplier policies. Indeed Travels will advocate for deferments, credits or refunds where possible and apply any unused balances toward future travel when permitted.
Some services may be non-refundable regardless of notice period. These include private aviation charters with non-refundable deposits, peak season properties and exclusive accommodations, and last-minute concierge arrangements. All non-refundable components will be disclosed in your proposal prior to confirmation.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days and returned via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. Indeed Travels may deduct a reasonable administration fee to cover planning costs already incurred. Unrecoverable supplier fees and non-refundable deposits will be excluded from any refund.
Indeed Travels strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance including cancellation for any reason, private charter protection, medical emergencies and evacuation, travel delays and supplier default. Travel insurance significantly increases your recovery options in the event of cancellation or disruption.
