Indeed Travels is a Private Wellbeing Concierge. We act as your agent in coordinating restorative and longevity-focused journeys on your behalf. We do not own or operate any aircraft, vessels, accommodation or wellness facilities directly. All services are delivered through a select network of trusted third-party providers.
By engaging Indeed Travels you agree to provide accurate and complete information relevant to your journey, ensure all travel documents including passports and visas are valid and current, respect the rules, staff and environments of all third-party providers, maintain confidentiality where applicable, and abide by all applicable laws and regulations during travel.
Indeed Travels is committed to complete discretion. Your personal information, travel arrangements and journey details will never be disclosed without your consent unless required by law. All partners and providers are bound by confidentiality obligations.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website.
All content, proposals, itinerary designs, brand materials and documentation produced by Indeed Travels remain our intellectual property. Nothing may be reproduced, distributed or used without our prior written consent.
Nothing in this Booking Policy excludes any right or guarantee you hold under the Australian Consumer Law. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, is unfit for its intended purpose, or does not match the agreed description — you may be entitled to a remedy under Australian law.
